Unlike conventional ski jackets that rely on synthetic laminates and membranes, this jacket is constructed from two layers of Ventile L24 — pure, densely-woven Swiss cotton known for exceptional waterproofing and breathability. The jacket also benefits from a layer of natural fibre insulation, and for this, we use the excellent Merino wool naturally thermal layer that retains body heat much more efficiently than equivalent polyester based insulation (found in 99% of ski jackets) but equally is far more breathable as well.
